| April 10, 2008 |
The RTA Citizen's Advisory Board recommends to the GCRTA Board of Trustees that Eugene Thompson be appointed by
the GCRTA Board of Trustees to fill the unexpired vacant slate term on the GCRTA Citzens Advisory Board of the late Jackie Thompson.
Moved by Carol Johnson, and seconded by Andre White, the recommendation passed unanimously.

| January 11, 2007 |
The RTA Citizen's Advisory Board, having had considerable input during the development of the newly
proposed system, recommends that the GCRTA Board of Trustees approve the proposed system of functional
testing for GCRTA’s paratransit applicants with disabilities. Moved by Steve Albro, and Seconded by
Vince Reddy, it was unanimously agreed by the members present that the CAB endorses the new system of
functional testing for RTA’s paratransit applicants with disabilities.

| October 12, 2006 |
The RTA Citizen's Advisory Board endorses the report by the Volunteers in Action (VAC) committee of
the CAB that contains several ideas and recommendations to both the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and
the City of Cleveland regarding signage and amenities at the Airport Red Line Station at Cleveland Hopkins
International Airport. Moved by Rip Ruhlman, and Seconded by Carol Johnson, it was unanimously agreed by the CAB that
the attached report should be sent to the Board of Trustees and staff of RTA for their consideration and review.

That the RTA Citizen's Advisory Board resolves that it commends the work of RTA Board of Trustees CAB
Liaision Shari Weir. She has done a lot of excellent hard work, and she is the best RTA Board of Trustees CAB Liaison
that we have ever had. We extend best wishes to Shari in all of her future work. Moved by Carol Johnson, and Seconded
by Rip Ruhlman, the resolution was passed unanimously by the CAB.

| July 20, 2004 |
CAB Chair George Zeller has received a summons to Jury Duty by the Cleveland Municipal Court on July 20.
Therefore, the RTA Citizens Advisory Board presents its entire report here in writing this month, under these unusual
circumstances.

| February 12, 2004 |
That the RTA Citizen's Advisory Board recommends in its role as advocates for transit that the GCRTA
Board of trustees undertake an analysis of the budget and labor deployed toward the maintenance of stations that feature
public art. Upon the results of such an analysis, it is further recommended that budgetary strategies toward improving
the maintenance of public art at these stations beimplemented.

That the RTA Citizen's Advisory Board recommends that the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority
revise the Operating Guidelines of the RTA Citizens Advisory Board as shown in the attached guidelines revision proposal.
This recommendation is persuant to Section 9 of the existing guidelines, titled "Guideline Review Process," which provides
that "Each Calendar year the CAB shall review its Operating Guidelines for appropriate additions, deletions, or amendments."
Moved by Tom Starinsky, seconded by Carol Johnson. Motion passed by a vote of 10-4.

That the RTA Citizen's Advisory Board recommends that the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit
Authority review the use of Hopkins Limousine Service as a supplemental Paratransit provider for the following reasons...

| August 17, 2000 |
1. That the Board of Trustees should adopt section 1018.07 of the Service Policies and Procedures - Proposed Revisions
with the following correction: the goal for missed trips should be 0%, with missed trips not to exceed .5% of all
scheduled trips.
2. That the RTA Citizen's Advisory Board supports revisions to RTA's Red Line Key Stations plan for submission to the
Office of Civil Rights of the Federal Transit Administration. Motion by Steve Albro, seconded by Bob Wiesenberger, passed
unanimously.

| July 20, 2000 |
The effective functioning of lifts and ramps on fixed route buses is crucial to the independence of
persons with disabilities. These guidelines are part of guidelines for transit systems, as required by the Federal
Transit Administration. Therefore, CAB recommends that the Board of Trustees approve the proposed revision of June
2000, Service Quality Criteria Guideline 1018.04 - 3F, as written. Motion by Steve Albro, seconded by Bob
Wiesenberger, passed unanimously.

That the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority provide ADA accessible public restroom facilities
at Louis Stokes rail station and that RTA consider the provision of ADA accessible public restroom facilities at transit
centers and rail stations that are considered "hubs." Motion by Charles Bibb, seconded by Jackie Thompson, passed by a
vote of 13 in favor, two opposed, and one abstention.

That the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority telephone wait time should not exceed 15 minutes,
100% of the time, for paratransit scheduling. Motion by Steve Albro, seconded by Jackie Thompson passed by a vote of 11-1.

That the terms of Citizens' Advisory Board members should end each year on March 31, and should begin
on April 1. Motion by Bob Wiesenberger, seconded by Charles Bibb Sr., passed unanimously.
