CLEVELAND -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) welcomes the Vernon Jones Blues Cartel, playing in the second performance of Transit Tracks at Tower City.

The Jazz, Blues, and R&B group will perform at the Tower City Rotunda, on Thursday, Jan. 17 from 3:30-6:30 p.m.

This is the second performance of a year-long program, that offers a great musical space to performers, and fantastic music to RTA customers and shoppers at Tower City.

RTA's Tower City's Rapid Transit Station serves all rail lines in Cleveland -- Red, Blue, Green and Waterfront -- and is the busiest rail station in its system. Crossing through the Rotunda is part of the majority of RTA riders' daily commute.

Twelve musicians or groups were selected to participate for this once-a-month program during a review/selection process in December 2012.
