CLEVELAND -- Work will begin soon for the newest Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) Red Line Station, called Little Italy-University Circle. Groundbreaking will be at 11 a.m. Oct, 22, 2013, at Tony Brush Park at the corner of Mayfield and Random Roads.
How do you get there? Ride the the Red Line or HealthLine to the current station, at East 120th Street and Euclid Avenjue, and walk for a few minutes. If transit is not an option, parking will be available at the Holy Rosary Church parking lot on E. 120th Street.
The new station will replace the East 120th Street and Euclid Avenue station on the Red Line, providing a direct link to University Circle from Tower City downtown, all the way to the airport. The old station will remain in use until the new station is complete. Find all the details of this project at Little Italy-University Circle Project.
