CLEVELAND -- How well is the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) doing in serving its customers? Find out on Thursday, July 27, when CEO and General Manager Joe Calabrese releases RTA's first report card. Calabrese has been with RTA since Feb. 28. One of his key goals is to make RTA more accountable to its customers and to the taxpayers of Cuyahoga County. The report covers five key areas, and compares the first half of 2000 with the first half of 1999. The event begins at 11 a.m. in the Board Room on the first floor of RTA's Main Office, 1240 W. Sixth St. Calabrese will be available for media interviews until 11:45 a.m. If you plan on attending, but can't make it right at 11 a.m., call Jerry Masek, 566-5211, or page him at 422-2160.
