This route travels from the Louis Stokes Rapid Station at Windermere in East Cleveland to Noble Road.

Noble Road becomes Warrensville Center Road, and continues through Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, University Heights, Shaker Heights, Warrensville Heights, North Randall and Maple Heights.

Buses serve the Southgate Transit Center in Maple Heights, then travel on Columbus Road through Bedford Heights to Aurora Road.

The route continues through the Solon Commercial and Industrial Districts. Weekdays the route ends on Diamond Parkway and on weekends on Emerald Parkway(both in Glenwillow).

The 41F follows the same path from Windermere to Warrensville Center Road & Harvard Road, than travels on I-271 and Rt. 422 to Diamond Parkway.
