Riding Options: RTA Vendor Locations
There are several different locations for purchasing passes and farecards. Some of these locations are:
- Buy passes and farecards online.
- Neighborhood locations: There are over 150 outlets (banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc). Call 216-621-9500 or click here to see vendor locations by city.
- At your workplace: The Commuter Advantage program makes it possible to purchase monthly passes from your place of employment using pretax dollars. Call 216-781-4764 or click here for more information on the Commuter Advantage program.
- RTA Customer Service Center, located at the Tower City Rapid Station (M - F, 7:00am - noon).
- On the bus or train.
- By mail: Send name, address, telephone number, type of pass you wish to purchase and check payable to RTA to:
