Light Rail Bridge/Track Work

On Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28, Blue and Green Line rail service east of Tower City will be replaced with 67R buses due to work on the E. 116th St. bridge, track work, and bond wire work on the light rail.

During this time, 67R buses will not stop at the Tri-C- Campus District or E. 55 stations. Riders wishing to use these stations can take the Red Line from Tower City.

67R buses will stop at all other stations on the Blue and Green Lines at the special orange 67R bus stop signs.

The stop for Tower City for this weekend ONLY will be on Public Square in front of JACK Casino.

There is an additional 67R bus stop at Woodland-E. 79 and Woodland- E.55.

West Prospect will be closed between W. 2nd and Superior. Around this area, 67R buses will run the following route:

Westbound: Regular route to Ontario and West Prospect, continue on Ontario, right on South Roadway, left on East Roadway, left on Rockwell, continue on Frankfort layover at West 3rd.

Eastbound: From Frankfort layover, left on West 3rd, left on Superior, right on West Roadway, left on South Roadway, right on Ontario returning to regular route.

Waterfront Line rail service will operate as scheduled during this time.

Regular Blue and Green Line rail service will resume with the start of service on Monday, July 29, 2019.
