CLEVELAND -- The Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will meet at 9 a.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2014, in the George F. Dixon, III Board Room, 1240 W. Sixth St., Cleveland, OH 44113.

2014-45 – Authorizing Contract No. 2013-176 with EiS Technologies, Inc. to provide a financial query/report writer software program that allows for the gathering and analyzing of financial data in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 (RTA Development Fund, Information Technology Department budget)
2014-46 – Authorizing Contract No. 2014-053 with North American Bus Industries, Inc. for the furnishing of remanufactured air dryers, as specified and as required, for a period of two (2) years for a total contract amount not to exceed $465,520.00 (General Fund, Fleet Management Department budget)
2014-47 – Authorizing Contract No. 2014-054 with AT&T Telecommunications to provide telephone and other communication services to the Authority for a period of five (5) years, in an amount not to exceed $2,129,573.00 (General Fund, Information Technology Department budget)
2014-48 – Authorizing Contract No. 2014-076 with Ohio CAT, to furnish ten (10) CAT C-9 on Highway Engines for Transit Application, in an amount not to exceed $192,000.00 (RTA Development fund, Fleet Management Department budget)
2014-49 – Authorizing the filing of grant applications with the State of Ohio for State Fiscal Year 2015 financial assistance under all State of Ohio programs
