CLEVELAND – RTA Board member Valarie J. McCall was today elected to a one-year term as Chair of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).
CLEVELAND -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is looking for musicians to play at various transit stations for its 2016 Transit Tracks program.
RTA's Internal Audit Department has wrapped up its investigation into a July 26, 2015, incident, in which Transit Police helped an intoxicated child who was found on a HealthLine vehicle on Euclid Avenue. The incident gained local and national media attention. The investigation evaluated the actions of the Transit Police Officers involved in the incident and addressed six objectives. For each of the criteria, Transit Police were found to have complied with or exceeded internal and external policies and procedures.
