Northbound: Right on Caine Ave, left on E 146th St., left on Miles Ave., right on E 131st St returning to regular route. 
Southbound: Regular route.

#50: East 116
Northbound: Regular route to E 143rd, right on Caine Ave., left on E 146th St., left on Miles Ave returning to regular route.
Southbound: Regular route.
