Effective Sunday, April 21, 2013, all Red Line service between West 117 and West Boulevard sStations will be replaced by shuttle buses to allow for major rehabilitation work on the section of track known as the S-Curve.
Bus departure times will be similar to the schedule for regular Rapid transit service, but travel will be slower. While delays will be kept to a minimum, travelers should allow extra time to reach their destinations.
Regular rail service is slated tol resume on Sunday, May 26, 2013.
RTA regrets any inconvenience to its customers during this time.
