Due to the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon, the #38: Hough will be rerouted on Saturday and Sunday, October 5 - 6 during the following times:
Beginning Saturday, October 5, 2013, 6:00am, Public Square, Ontario and Superior will be closed for setup.
During that time, the following reroute will be in effect:
Westbound: Regular route Superior - E 6, right on E 6, left on St. Clair, left on W 6 to layover before Superior.
Eastbound: From layover, right on Superior, right on W 9, right on St. Clair, right on E 6, left on Superior returning to regular route.
On Sunday, October 6, 2013, 7:00am - 2:00pm, many major streets will be closed and will cause traffic delays as well as Service Interruptions including some areas unable to be serviced by transit during the race.
During that time, the following reroute will be in effect:
Westbound: Regular route to Payne - E 18, left on E 18, right on Prospect, left on Huron, right on Ontario to layover before construction at Prospect.
Eastbound: From layover, right on Prospect, left on E 18, right on Payne returning to regular route.
On Sunday, October 6, 2013, 2:00pm - approximately 4:00pm, some major roads will be reopened and a different set of reroutes will then be used during this time.
During that time, the following reroute will be in effect:
Westbound: Regular route to Superior - E 6, right on E 6, left on St. Clair, left on W 6 to layover before Superior.
Eastbound: From layover, right on Superior, right on W 9, right on St. Clair, right on E 6, left on Superior returning to regular route.
