ADA Office on West 6th St. Temporarily Closed to the Public

Cleveland, OH - The ADA Office inside the RTA Main Office (1240 W. 6th St., Cleveland, OH  44113) will be temporarily closed on Thursday, September 7, and Friday, September 8, 2023, for employee training.  

Representatives from Easterseals, a leading organization in ADA accessibility, will conduct training sessions regarding the latest on ADA application processing and eligibility. This training provides RTA the opportunity to have additional personnel certified on the ADA application process.

RTA’s ADA Office will reopen for fixed route fare card and Paratransit eligibility services on Monday, September 11, 2023.
