Find out on Thursday, July 27, 2000, when CEO and General Manager Joe Calabrese releases RTA's first report card.

Calabrese has been with RTA since Feb. 28. One of his key goals is to make RTA more accountable to its customers and to the taxpayers of Cuyahoga County.

The report covers five key areas, and compares the first half of 2000 with the first half of 1999.
