CLEVELAND -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will operate Sunday/Holiday service on Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25) and New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1).

Regular service will resume Thursday, December 26, and Thursday, January 2, respectively.

On Christmas Eve (Tuesday, December 24) and New Year’s Eve (Tuesday, December 31), RTA will operate regular weekday service.

Here is a list of the hours of operation for Tower City Pass & Farecard Sales, Telephone Information Center and the Main Office Building:

Tower City - Customer Service Center:

  • Christmas Eve/ Christmas Day -CLOSED
  • New Year's Eve - 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • New Year's Day - CLOSED

Telephone Information Center:

  • Christmas Eve - 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Christmas Day - CLOSED
  • New Year's Eve - 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • New Year's Day - CLOSED

Main Office:

  • Christmas Eve - CLOSED
  • Christmas Day - CLOSED
  • New Years Day - CLOSED
