RTA seeks Strategic Plan guidance at last three community meetings

Mar 9, 2020

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is reminding riders of the opportunity to attend any of the last three informational meetings scheduled for the week of March 9th. RTA has already hosted six meetings throughout the county, seeking input for its new Strategic Plan.

The Strategic Plan will shape the “Framework for the Future” and guide the agency to the year 2030.  RTA’s customer focus is demonstrated by continual infrastructure upgrades and several on-going planning initiatives, known as the Pillar Studies. (http://www.riderta.com/pillarstudies)

As RTA looks to the future, there are several challenges that create uncertainty and hope that this Strategic Plan will reflect RTA’s internal strategic vision, changing conditions, and community input.

RTA welcomes the public's input on the Authority's strategic priorities at three community meetings this week:

  • Monday, March 9th, 2020, 6-8PM at the Lakewood Woman’s Pavilion
  • Tuesday, March 10th, 2020, 6:30-8:30PM at the Cleveland Heights Community Center
  • Wednesday, March 11th, 2020, 5:30-7:30PM at the Gemini Center in Fairview Park

Interested parties are invited to take the online survey and provide feedback at www.riderta.com/strategicplan.
