Board Meeting

2015-85 – Authorizing Contract No. 2015-084 with University Hospitals Holdings, Inc. to provide managed healthcare and prescription services through a Health Maintenance Organization for a period of one year with two, one-year options in an amount not to exceed $4,665,996.00 for the base year (General Fund, various department budgets)

2015-86 – Authorizing Contract No. 2015-095 with Clinical Reference Laboratory to provide laboratory drug testing services, as required, for a period of three years in an amount not to exceed $102,000.00, with two additional one-year options in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 for each option year, for a total contract not to exceed $182,000.00 (General Fund, Human Resources Department budget)

2015-87 – Authorizing Contract No. 2015-105 with K & J Safety and Security Consulting Services, Inc. for Project 15.70 Consulting Services for Safety & Security Certification in the amount not to exceed $575,000.00 (RTA Capital and/or RTA Development fund, Engineering and Project Development Department budget)

2015-88 – Amending Resolution No. 2015-57 to correct the vendor name “Hans Freightliner” and replace with “Han’s Truck and Trailer Repair, Inc., dba Han’s Freightliner of Cleveland”

2015-89 – Authorizing an agreement in the amount of $263,380.00 with Norfolk Southern Railway Company to provide railroad force account and construction services as needed for reconstruction of the Brookpark Rapid Transit Station and Norfolk Southern railway’s right-of-way at milepost CD-190.78 (Project 24J(C))

2015-90 – Authorizing an Interagency Agreement with Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, Inc. to contribute towards the local match required for the development of a Regional Transit Oriented Development (“TOD”) Scorecard and Implementation Plan to be completed by NOACA (Planning and Programming Department budget)
