CLEVELAND, OH -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is partnering with The Ohio Public Transit Association (OPTA) and the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) to promote a statewide initiative to celebrate transit in Ohio.
