Westbound: From Mayfield Road and Kenilworth Road, left on Kenilworth Road, bear left onto Derbyshire Road, right on Euclid Heights Boulevard, continue Cedar Road, right into the Cedar–University roadway, continue under the bridge into the Cedar–University Station, right on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, left on Euclid Avenue, returning to regular route.
Eastbound: From Euclid Avenue and Stearns Road, right on Stearns Road, left on Carnegie Avenue, right on the bus roadway to Cedar Road, left on Cedar Road, continue through the Cedar–University bus roadway, cross Cedar Road into the Cedar–University Station bus loop, left on Cedar Road, left on Euclid Heights Boulevard, left on Derbyshire Road, continue Kenilworth Road, right on Mayfield Road, returning to regular route.
