GCRTA Celebrates Customer Experience Day Honoring Our Riders And The People Behind Better Transit Connections

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) will observe Customer Experience Day by recognizing our riders and the districts, departments, and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

GCRTA Customer Experience team members will be greeting riders at various Bus/Rapid stations during the morning (6:30 am– 8:30 am) and evening (3:30 pm – 5:30 pm) commutes thanking them for riding GCRTA. 

We encourage customers to stop by one of these locations to connect with a Customer Experience team member to say hello, grab a refreshment and collect a GCRTA giveaway. 

•    Tower City Station Rotunda Area (6:30 am – 5:30 pm)
•    Stokes-Windermere Station
•    Brookpark Station
•    Cedar-University Station
•    Triskett Station
•    Downtown Cleveland Public Square Area (11:00 am – 1:00 pm)
