 Red Line Rail Replaced With Shuttle Buses Between Tower City and Airport

66R buses will replace Red Line rail service between Tower City and Airport Stations Saturday, May 3 through Sunday, May 4, 2025, due to continued platform work at the W. 117 - Madison Station, and construction work at the W. 65 - Lorain Station.

66R buses do not stop at W. 65 - Lorain and W. 25 - Ohio City Stations. There are 66R stops at W 65 - Detroit and W 25 - Detroit for your convenience. Customers of these stations on Lorain Avenue are advised to use the #22: Lorain, or another nearby route.

The Airport stop is in the Ground Transportation Center, between the Terminal and the Smart Parking Garage. The Tower City stop is located on West Prospect at W 3. Please look for the special orange 66R bus stop signs.

66R buses operate every 30 minutes between Tower City and the Airport.

The Red Line rail service between Tower City and Louis Stokes - Windermere Stations will operate according to the regular schedule.

Full Red Line rail service will resume with the start of service on Monday, May 5, 2025.
