GCRTA can attend recruitment and hiring fairs to attract talent from the community for open positions in the organization. These events can also help promote GCRTA as an employer of choice and educate the community about the benefits of working in public transportation. GCRTA can partner with local job training programs, local government, schools, and community organizations to identify potential candidates and promote hiring fairs.
