CLEVELAND -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is looking for musicians to play at various transit stations for its 2016 Transit Tracks program.

RTA employees and community members in the music business will select the musicians to perform every third Thursday from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted).

Selected musicians must sign a permit to play. RTA will promote the performances with the media and online. There will be compensation. No profanity or vulgarity is allowed.

To apply, email your application and 3 to 5 music files to artsintransit@gcrta.org or send your applications and non-returnable DVD or CD with 3-5 musical selections by U.S. mail to the address below by Monday, Oct. 19, 2015.

Because of the number of applicants, we do not plan to review music from your Web site or Facebook page.  Please follow the instructuctions for applying.

NOTE: If you've played for Transit Tracks in the past, you do not need to send samples of your music.  Please only send your application and check YES in the appropriate box for returning musicians.
