After you receive your letter describing the approved service, bring the letter and a photo ID card to Customer Service on the first floor of RTA's Main Office, 1240 West Sixth St., to receive your ADA identification card.

Mobile ticketing purchasing options

1. Customers can now use mobile ticketing to purchase four types of fare media -- Paratransit 1-Ride Card, Paratransit All-Day, Paratransit 7-Day and Paratransit Monthly Passes.
2. Only a Paratransit 1-Ride ticket and Paratransit Fare Media can be used to pay for Paratransit trips. No other Fare Media will be accepted.

For the second year in a row, RTA will offer around-the-clock rail service overnight between Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
