GCRTA Community Immunity Bus is Concert Bound in July at WOW! Wednesdays

Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) Community Immunity Bus is Concert-Bound in July at WOW! Wade Oval Wednesdays

GCRTA in collaboration with the Cleveland Department of Public Health (CDPH), and University Circle Inc. (UCI), will provide free onsite COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots at WOW! Wade Oval Wednesday concerts on July 13, 20 & 27, 2022.

Those interested in COVID-19 vaccination, may walk-up to the GCRTA Community Immunity Bus, which will be parked at 10820 East Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44106, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. CDPH medical staff will provide the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to adults and children, ages 5 and up, at no charge while aboard the GCRTA Community Immunity Bus. Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive the vaccine. Wade Oval Wednesday concerts in July.”

“Our continued recovery from COVID-19 rests with our adherence to proven public health strategies, including vaccination,” said CDPH Director Brian Kimball. “We hope concert attendees and residents will avail themselves of these convenient and no-cost opportunities to get vaccinated and boosted.” 

The GCRTA Community Immunity Bus is made possible by ODOT funding in effort to make the COVID-19 vaccine accessible to multiple communities in the greater Cleveland area.
