GCRTA today introduced its Community Connection Line. A direct way for customers to provide their feedback by phone, website or QR code.

Through the Community Connection Line customers can communicate their rider experience on bus, train, or Paratransit.

The Community Connection Line has three options for you to connect with us:

Promotional communications on the Community Connection Line can be seen on GCRTA buses, trains, Paratransit vehicles, rail stations, transit centers and website.
