New Online Tool, EngageRTA, Enhances Authority’s Connection to the Community

Cleveland, OH - The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) has created EngageRTA, a new online tool on their website (www.riderta.com/engagerta) that receives, and processes various requests submitted from members of the communities served by GCRTA.

"Through RTA’s continual commitment to communications advancement through technology, we wanted to create a tool that provides a seamless process for individuals throughout our service area to submit their requests to various RTA departments directly via one trackable online channel."  said GCRTA Supervisor of Customer Engagement, Albert Johnson.

When on the EngageRTA page, you will find the following request options available:

  • Commuter Advantage/U Pass Program
  • Travel Training
  • RTA Transit Police Community Watch
