Cleveland, OH – The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) is hosting a special Waterfront Line re-opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., at the Flats East Bank Rapid Station, 1198 W. 10th St., Cleveland, OH 44113.

The Waterfront Line is a key economic and entertainment access point, allowing RTA to connect the commercial and residential community during this 2023 Cleveland Browns regular football season and the Flats East Bank Entertainment District.

Over the last two years, significant improvements have been made to stabilize the Waterfront Line Bridge, enabling RTA to re-open the line for every regular season home game at Cleveland Browns Stadium, starting September 10, 2023. RTA will continue to perform various upgrades on days while trains are not running.
