CLEVELAND -- The Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) met today. All agenda items that required approval passed.
The RTA Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at 9 a.m. at 1240 West 6th Street in the George F. Dixon III Board Room. A Special Board Meeting will follow committee meetings.

Some RTA bus timetables change on Sunday, June 5. Riders can pick up new timetables for the 7, 30, 32, 45, 49, 51, 75, 246.

As part of a collaborative beautification effort along the Red Line, staff is seeking volunteers on June 11, June 26 and July 10 to clean up along tracks between the Airport and Downtown.

RTA is participating in National Infrastructure Week, May 16-23, to bring broader attention to the need to consistently invest and maintain the nation’s aging infrastructure, including one of America’s most valuable assets – its public transportation systems.

"Fast 8" -- an action movie that centers around illegal street racing and car heists -- will film on Downtown streets from May 18-June 8. Expect car chases, car flips, shooting, and cars crashing into buildings and motorcades. Only a few roads will be closed at a time.
