Westbound: From Cedar Avenue and E 30, turn right on E 30, left on Carnegie Avenue, right on E 22, returning to regular route.
Eastbound: From E 21 and Carnegie Avenue, turn left on Carnegie Avenue, right on E 30, left on Cedar Avenue, returning to regular route.

Westbound: From Community College Avenue and E 30, turn right on E 30, left on Carnegie Avenue, right on E 22, returning to regular route.
