Effective Tuesday, March 5, 2024 through the end of service on Friday, March 15, 2024, Red Line riders will utilize the following track assignments to reach their destinations from the Tower City Station:
- Riders boarding the Red Line eastbound, toward Stokes - Windermere Station, will board the Red Line on Track 13, which is the track that normally services eastbound traffic to the Stokes - Windermere Station.
- Riders boarding the Red Line westbound, toward Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Station, will continue to board the Red Line on Track 7. The entrance to Track 7 is located on level 2 of Tower City Center.
This Red Line boarding and alighting adjustment is due to repair work being performed above the tracks inside the Tower City station.
Following the end of service on Friday, March 15, 2024, all Red Line trains will resume using their regular track assignments, those being Track 8 for westbound service toward Cleveland Hopkins Airport, and Track 13 for eastbound service toward Stokes - Windermere Station.
