Improvements to the Paratransit Website were made by The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) to make the online scheduling of Paratransit services much easier for their customers. 

The improved and updated website removes the digital barriers faced by customers with visual and auditory disabilities. The site is now even easier to navigate with a clean, modern design that is functional and aesthetically pleasing on devices of different sizes.
