Reinforces GCRTA is Serious About Safety Across the System for All
The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) has launched a new Customer Code of Conduct that is designed to foster a respectful and safe environment for everyone and enhance the overall transit experience.
"GCRTA takes the security and safety of our employees and customers seriously, without reservation," said GCRTA Chief of Police, Deirdre Jones. “Generally, we find the majority of our customers treat our system with respect. This Customer Code of Conduct has been reinforced to ensure the continuance of that respect, confirming that everyone can count on a safe transit experience.”
The public is encouraged to read the full Customer Code of Conduct and related information at https://www.riderta.com/codeofconduct#full.
The new Customer Code of Conduct reflects GCRTA’s commitment to providing safe, efficient and reliable transit throughout the Greater Cleveland area. The Customer Code of Conduct will be enforced by GCRTA Transit Police.
