This quarter’s service changes for RTA begin Aug. 17. New schedules for affected routes are available on riderta.com and at major RTA facilities.
The RTA Board of Trustees met today, to discuss a number of key issues. All agenda items passed. The Board meets again on Aug. 19.
RTA welcomes Miss Alexandra Huntingdon to the Tower City Rapid Station for the ‘Transit Tracks’ series. She will perform during Gay Games 9 at the station Aug 11 from noon-3 p.m.

RTA has postponed a July 22 meeting to discuss a study on the use of the East 34th and East 79th Street Rapid Stations, which serve the Red, Blue and Green Lines.

RTA continues its summer of rail construction projects. Until further notice, buses will serve customers on the Red Line between the Cedar-University Station and Windermere.
RTA brings another talented musical group to Tower City Rapid Station. The Laura Varcho Trio performs at the station July 17, from 3:30-6:30 p.m.
