CLEVELAND - The Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) held committee meetings today. Both agenda items were approved.

The RTA Board of Trustees will hold a committee meeting at 9 a.m. Jan. 10, 2017, in the George F. Dixon III Board Room, 1240 W. Sixth St., Cleveland.
CLEVELAND -- Here is a list of highlights of 2016 for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA).
The RTA Board approved the 2017 operating budget with current service levels, a new countywide van pool program, and Saturday service that stops close to Edgewater Park.
South Euclid Mayor Georgine Welo was elected to another three-year term on the RTA Board of Trustees. She has served on the Board since 2014. Her new term begins in March 2017.
