CLEVELAND – The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) today was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for its comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR).
