RTA remains a safe, viable option for those who prefer public transportation or for those who have no other transportation option for their daily commutes. RTA customers can rest assured that RTA remains committed to adhering to the cleaning protocols instituted even before one case of COVID-19 was reported in the State of Ohio, and to those safety measures adopted every day since.
The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is reporting that two additional staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. One individual is a laborer based at the Woodhill facility whose last day of work was Thursday, May 14. The second individual is a Paratransit driver whose last day of work was Wednesday, May 20.
CLEVELAND, OH -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) welcomes K-9 officer Valto as the newest member of the Transit Police force. Valto is replacing the retiring Kubo as RTA’s only dual-purpose canine.
