Know before you go

You can schedule a ride up to 3 days in advance. Next-day trips must be booked before 4:30 PM the day before.

Be ready at the start of your 30-minute window.

Drivers wait five minutes after arriving within the window.

Paratransit travel times can be comparable to fixed-route trips.

What to bring and what to expect when boarding.

What you need	What to know
GCRTA ADA fare	Paratransit fare cost $2.75 (one trip). Please ensure you have the exact change or a valid mobile ticket.
Identification	Always carry your GCRTA Paratransit ID card.
Personal Assistants	Only one Personal Care Attendant (PCA) may ride for free if your ID card says you need one.
Companion	One or two, if not accompanied by a PCA, can travel with you but pay the full paratransit fare.

Our drivers are here to make sure you get where you are going safely.

Drivers provide help from your door to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the door of your destination.

Drivers can help carry up to four grocery bags or small packages (no more than 40 lbs total).
