Community leaders and RTA officials today broke ground on a new station they plan to build on the site of the current station at 2820 East 34th St.

RTA invites the media to attend a special groundbreaking ceremony, as RTA and civic partners announce the construction a new station at the site of the current East 34th Street Station.
The RTA Board of Trustees and the Executive Management Team will hold a retreat from 9 a.m.- noon, Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at the Jerry Sue Thornton Center, 2500 E. 22nd St.

Although gas prices remain low, public transit continues to be a bargain. That's why RTA will join with other public transportation systems nationwide to participate in the annual National Dump the Pump Day on June 15.
