CLEVELAND -- To assist Innerbelt construction crews, all East Side RTA rail service on the Red, Blue and Green lines will be replaced with buses east of Tower City on these dates:

RTA will hold a public meeting on Feb, 21 to discuss the Environmental Assessment of the proposed $17.5 million Little Italy-University Circle Rapid Station.
