CLEVELAND -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is extending free trolley service to accommodate those who want to attend the viewing of former Congressman Louis Stokes, who passed away Aug. 18.

RTA crews are busy this weekend repairing a grade crossing, continuing track work, and repairing railroad bridges. Because of that work, buses will replace light-rail trains on Saturday-Sunday, Aug. 1-2.
