Dec. 28, 2015: Deadline for comments on proposal affecting 21 and 45-45A

CLEVELAND -- At the request of Ward 15 Cleveland Councilman Matt Zone, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking comments by Dec. 28 on a proposal to replace two current routes, 21 and 45-45A, with a revised route 45.
