From Sunday, June 9 through Saturday, June 22, 2024, all Red Line rail service between Tower City and Louis Stokes - Windermere Stations will be replaced with shuttle buses.
Shuttle buses will not stop at the Tri-C - Campus District or E 55 Stations. Riders wishing to access these stations can use the Blue and Green Lines.
The 66R buses will stop at, or near, all other stations on the Red Line, east of Tower City. The stops for Superior Station and Little Italy - University Circle Station are on Euclid Avenue. The stops for E 79 Red Line Station are on Woodland Avenue. There are also stops at Woodland Avenue & E 55. The stop for Tower City is located on West Prospect at W 3. Please look for the special orange 66R bus stop signs.
For those passengers traveling crosstown, the 66R shuttle buses will be timed to allow easy bus-to-rail and rail-to-bus transfers. Passengers should allow extra time to complete their travel, as the 66R buses will operate on a 30-minute frequency. The HealthLine is also an alternative for passengers whose travel takes them near Euclid Avenue.
